Nicely done Kevin, generally, how long does a saw last you?

I had a dremil 18-- something 18" it lasted a year and the sent me a new one ,the new one lasted 2 months,Chinese saws in 3/4" plywood lasted about a year DW788's about a year too Some only a few months as they were used never had a new dw788 but the dremil was new.Thanks friend

Love the names. I'd like to learn how to do the large fonts.

Thin woods you need to cut slow and easy as the blades want to go off coarse to easy  3/4' plywood slows down the cutting mistakes and gives you time to think about whats coming up.The larger the more room for accidents like a straight line long is hard to control and make it look good.Circles are the worst.
