Keith asked me to pass on his best wishes to everyone.  He said that he will try to check in a little more often but with looking after his Father, taking care of his own health and making up orders he doesn't get much time.

I know the feeling, my wife is recovering from having half a lung removed my sister has been told she has terminal brain cancer but customers still want their orders asap, this year has not been Doc friendly, roll on 2017. thoughts are with you Keith....

I am sorry the bad health gremlins have been taking their ills out on your loved ones.  I will say a pray for your wife, your sister and yourself as well.  If you let the customers know what's going on - I would hope that many would be more accommodating with their "got to have it now" issues.
