There are a couple of problems with this.  The person who cut this has done some MAJOR adjusting to it.  When blown up you can see the bottom pivot point has been moved several times and filled in.  Its really a mess, so i am guessing that is going to be an issue.   Also that bracket that is holding them and has the pivot points on it is cut off center quite a bit, so I'm sure you'll have to do some adjusting to it.  The teeth have also been rounded on some, the seats have been filed, none are the same shape, some are round on top, some are shorter than others etc.  But i made you a pattern to start with, just don't be discouraged when it doesn't work as smooth as you think it should.  :)  Do some sanding and filing to make it fit.  The spiral isn't a mathematically drawn spiral, that starts part of the problem...  But like i said, this might work if you tune it up as needed.

I hope this will help you, and you'll post a picture of the finished project if you cut it.

Definitely an odd one but I'd love a pattern for this.

Hope this works.

Thanks Russell.

Will put this away for now as I work only outside and the weather is turning bad here now.

I will cut it serve real times starting with cardboard before moving up to cheap softwoods so I can check and adjust if needed, hopefully not.

I'm hoping to mount wit a small slow battery operated motor so it can it tick away whenever I turn it on.

Cheers.
