Rolf Posted December 2, 2016 Report Posted December 2, 2016 (edited) I like your wood choices. I kept mine small but if I make them again they will be at the size you made them. It is a beautiful design and I suspect we will be seeing several more being made. Edited December 2, 2016 by Rolf Quote

Montserrat Posted December 2, 2016 Author Report Posted December 2, 2016 Thanks everyone. I started another one yesterday. I like your wood choices. I kept mine small but if I make them again they will be at the size you made them. It is a beautiful design and I suspect we will be seeing several more being made. Thanks Rolf. Yours is very beautiful, too. You are much more patient with sanding than I am, I would say. Quote
Montserrat Posted December 5, 2016 Author Report Posted December 5, 2016 (edited) I totally underestimated the purple heart. Blade bending galore. Had to recut quite a few pieces. Now I am rethinking the wood for Mary. Maybe take maple for the center rather than walnut? Edited December 5, 2016 by Montserrat Quote
