I know there are lots of ways to check that the blade of your saw is at 90o but I thought I'd share this if anyone is interested. I usually use a credit card (or in this case an AARP card) to check for square. The problem is the background can make it difficult to see the blade in relation to the card. So I squared up a card on a piece of 1/8" ply. It is now easy for these tired, old eyes to see. To check the accuracy, I used a set-up square and also made a cut in some wood, flipped it around and the blade fit perfectly in the kerf I cut.
