meflick Posted August 14, 2017 Report Posted August 14, 2017 (edited) I want to buy this pattern, but my virus program won't let me go to his site. Any other way to get this Witchy Owl pattern? The Intarsia Nuts Group on Facebook is a "public group" which means you don't have to "join" the group to access it and see the posts and such. I appreciate that because I don't have a Facebook account and really don't want one. My hubby does have one (that he really doesn't use either) so I use his account to "see" family posts and look at groups like The Intarsia Nuts group as well as a couple others like Elite Scrollers. Both of them are great sites to see beautiful work. Some of the work shared is by people like Montserrat, and others who also share their pictures here. Others are by some who don't come to this forum. I always like to look and see what is being shared there for inspiration. The problem is, even if the group is a "public" group, if you don't have access to a Facebook account (either your own or using someone else's like I do with DH's, then I don't think you can go look and access the group or anything else to do with Facebook. So, you might be out o luck if you don't have a Facebook account or someone who does who can access it for you. The pattern for Witchy Owl is a JPG file in the Files section of the group. I had to go through several pushes of the "more"button to get back to the file posting since it was shared several years ago now. It is posted by Danny Van Wattingen on August 17, 2013. Hope that helps. Here is a link to the Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/intarsianuts/ Edited August 14, 2017 by meflick HarvJan's Crafts 1 Quote
