Wood pieces

Any ideas on uses of small pieces of wood left over from intarsia projects?  I have done some coasters, cutting board by glueing up pieces. Any other ideas, suggestions? Most pieces are 1 - 2" by up to 4".

I have resawn some of my scraps using pushsticks on my bandsaw to make refrigerator magnets, Christmas ornaments, or other types of smalls for box lids etc.

you can make some miniature intarsia and refrigerator magnets.
Perhaps some are long enough for name plates or glue some up to make
them large enough for name plates.

Clayton and x-ray have sold me boxes of small hardwoods in great colored variety.that is my suggestion for you.Smile!

     I had accumulated lots of wood scraps of various spices over the years.  I used them all up by glueing them together into a block and making bandsaw boxes of them.  Ended up making over twenty of them and sold them all.  Time consuming, but got rid of a lot of scraps.

       I have started to accumulate more scraps now.
