I wasn't sure if it's hard wood at first glance but looked it over and thought some company went thru a lot of trouble to make this as everything is built into it ,leaves flip out extensions etc S the next day i planed a piece and it's oak! Urica !Now i have plenty of nice oak,and did this cross from it 3/4 "014.thumb.jpg.41986acb13653130d164a40301410969.jpg012.thumb.jpg.7964cc626666eb3f1b9bbe6840c2ae27.jpg007.thumb.jpg.7c436ce5425f0a53e6f12c4744dbb699.jpgthick and 4 ware houses got flooded in 6 " water across from me.

Thanks ,i don't run across oak ever so now painted wood i'll check out more,especially tables.
