Fire dept pattern request

I'm a newbie and have a 788 that I love and would like to give a go at this for my son that's in the fire department. Can someone help me with a pattern?  Thanks for all the knowledge on this site.

I really don't understand this.  NONE of those pictures look the same.    The hydrant, the ladder, the hat, the axe..

Which image would you like the pattern to look like?

They swapped them from side to side in different years. Not sure why. I would like a pattern of either of the last two pictures I posted.  Thanks Don for your effort but that isn’t anything like the picture??

It is the center of Don's pic that is different, and the hydrant is slightly different but to me that hydrant works.

Hell I still can not get it done as well as Don or the others that do this

Yes it looks great. Just need the devices to match their Maltese Cross.  Thank you everyone.
