Guy goes into  the Doctors office and tells the receptionist that he needs to see the doctor about silent gas emissions. She tells him to take a seat. Shortly he is called back to the exam room. The nurse comes in and he tells her the same thing. She tells him the DR will be shortly. Dr come is and ask what he can do. Patient tells him you have to help me with these silent gas emissions. I am having them quite often I had 3 while I was in the waiting room and have had 4 since I have been here. DR says I think we can help you but the first thing we need to do is check your hearing.
