I love the look. The contemporary design highlighted by the light colored wood is perfect. Thanks for all the great pics. I can't help but think, because the top rail is straight and not curved, that it would be uncomfortable. I've made lots of wooden projects over the years but stayed away from chairs because of all the angles and curves. Finally I'm really jealous that you've gotten to work with your son a project like this. I often wish I had that opportunity.
