newfie Posted June 9, 2018 Report Posted June 9, 2018 Got a question for everyone but didn't know where to put it on the forum do I figured this is as good as place as any lol. I'm going put glue photos to wood but don't now what to do them over with that would give them a good hard finish and protect them photos. I don't know if theres a name for what kind of work this is but here's a picture of what I'm asking about it. What do you all recommend? amazingkevin 1 Quote
Rockytime Posted June 9, 2018 Report Posted June 9, 2018 Isn't that called decapodge? I have no idea how to spell it. Quote
jollyred Posted June 9, 2018 Report Posted June 9, 2018 Most people who do decopodge (not sure of spelling either) will coat them with Modge Podge, which is like a very thick white glue. It dries crystal clear and is hard enough to protect the photo. Available at all hobby and craft stores. Quote
Scrappile Posted June 9, 2018 Report Posted June 9, 2018 Spelled "Decoupage" according to the internet. WayneMahler 1 Quote
Phantom Scroller Posted June 9, 2018 Report Posted June 9, 2018 I use mod podge and when dry varnish it. You can buy special puzzle coating which I bought and found mod podge was just as good.Roly WayneMahler 1 Quote
