worked on this the last few days, wood is pecan, wood burned deer scene, pic is a bit dark, used tung oil, will have to light sand it to hopefully lightien it up some, hope yall like, oops forgot to say, pic is from Lora s Irish book great book or wood burning.

thanks Brett, Yeah i do pretty good at it, with that pecan wood, it was hard to do alot of detail cause of the grain wasa bit bumpy, even after alot of sanding, plus pecan wood is dark, and makes it hard for the detail to show,

Yes sir Mr. Jim is multi talented,He is one go getter.I think he has ants in his pants, lol.This deer is really sweet.Your really polished with you wood burning skills,probably one of your best.I'll bet it's relaxing to do that kind of work.your at peace with the world when your involved in a project so tedious as this .great job my friend.I know your loading up for the craft shows too. :)

thanks Kevin, always great to get complimented, also very appreciated, i do have alotttttt of stuff i gotsaved for craft fairs, just gotta find one thats not so expensive, we got one coming up called chiaha harvest fair, 175 bucks for like a 10 x 10 spot, so im still googling other towns fairs, hoping to do one soon, i am working on a cat memorial for a friend, her cat passed away, will post pic soon, thanks again
