Its been a while since anybody has provided a breakfast so I thought I would throw together a good southern breakfast.  My Mom made some of the best homemade buttermilk  biscuits and sausage gravy and I have been missing that lately.  So I was thinking it would be good to have some home made biscuits and sausage gravy.  (Mine isn't as good as my mom's though!{) Eggs any way you like them, though I prefer mine scrambled.  Definitely real sausage since I need that to make the gravy but I think we need some bacon too. Maybe even some breakfast ham.  Make sure we really do up the sodium &cholesterol count. 😉   I'll put out the homemade jellies and jams and the honey from a local bee keeper for those who prefer those with their biscuits, but if you've never had good sausage gravy over a hot biscuit I really recommend giving it a try.  I don't drink coffee myself, but I have the Keurig ready to go with different types of coffees and teas for those interested.  Make sure you rinse off your plates and put them in the dishwasher when you are done please.  Most of all, have a good day! 🙂

I'm not a fan of Southern cooking... unless it's breakfast! Give me 2 servings of biscuits and gravy please (heavy on the gravy). I can whip up a batch of grits for those who want some. Just add as much butter and sugar as you prefer. And cheese. Thanks Melanie!

Sorry I'm a bit late  🤔   Don't suppose there is anything left.

Always plenty of leftovers for good friends and family Marge, it’s the southern way. Pull up your chair, and we’ll cook you some fresh eggs. You can eat the biscuits cold, or warm them up. Plenty of meats left and gravy is easily reheated.

I have only ever had cyber biscuits and gravy once and I quite liked them so I will have some more thanks.  Thanks for the Southern hospitality.  🤗

Marg.
