Hermit Posted January 3, 2019 Report Posted January 3, 2019 So i came up with this over the saw shelving to store blanks, scroll saw books, etc. I was using 2 of these swing arm lamps for additional lighting but it was a bit to crowded. So i put in a 2' led light under the shelf with a light switch. Lighting is perfect for me now. Next is to incorporate blade storage for which I'm still weighing options. All made from 1/2 and 3/4 plywood. I also sit when I scroll so I made an elevated foot rest for the foot switch. Having it off to the one side is more comfortable for me and allows me to put both feet on the rest. Thought I'd post to maybe give someone else ideas. JimErn Posted January 3, 2019 Report Posted January 3, 2019 (edited) I wondered about sawdust too, then I realized it was a store display right? edit - nice work, by the way, I tend to just throw up a shelf, seeing that I might want to reconsider, sure looks nice Edited January 3, 2019 by JimErn Rob and OCtoolguy 1 1 Quote
