Foxfold Posted February 13, 2019 Report Posted February 13, 2019 I've not been able to do a lot just lately as Tony is in hospital again and it usually takes the two of us to do all the jobs around the place .............. He's just had his second knee replacement and hoping to be home by weekend, fingers crossed. However, I started a new project tonight just to keep me occupied now that it's dark outside !! amazingkevin, meflick, spotsdad and 5 others 8 Quote
meflick Posted February 13, 2019 Report Posted February 13, 2019 Thst is looking good Brenda. I am sorry to hear agony is MIA and having to get a knee replacement. Prayers said for a quick and easy recovery (well, as quick and easy as a knee replacement can be ). Prayers also said for you as you are being pulled in all directions with no help. Sometimes we just have to make some time to do something we enjoy to save our sanity, looks like your pyro work helps while you cannot get to the Saw. Foxfold 1 Quote

Fab4 Posted February 15, 2019 Report Posted February 15, 2019 Hi Brenda: Might be time to send someone an "knee mail" for a safe and quick recovery for Tony Good job on the pyro, btw Fab4 Foxfold 1 Quote
Scrappile Posted February 15, 2019 Report Posted February 15, 2019 Brenda, is that pyro as much fun as scrolling? I have the equipment, but not sure I would be good at it or enjoy it as much as I do scrolling... You seem to have the talent for both. Quote
Rockytime Posted February 15, 2019 Report Posted February 15, 2019 Nice pyro work. You are a talented Lady. Here's wishing Tony a quick recovery. I've had "fake news er.. knees for nearly 20 years. Foxfold 1 Quote

No. But that said, I quite enjoy it , it's not difficult, in the main it's like a 'grown up colouring book' You just trace the outline and then go over it with your burner. The more complex ones like the Xmas Bell, I had the instructions printed out and laid in front of me. It is time consuming though, not many pieces can be done 'quickly' Scrappile and don watson 1 1 Quote
