Gonzo Posted March 16, 2019 Report Posted March 16, 2019 Small town church in the heart of Minnesota. Had a fire and there is talk of tearing it down and building a new church. A parishioner asked me if I could scroll either one of these. Anyone care to take a shot at making a pattern? It would be very much appreciated. Quote

Gonzo Posted March 19, 2019 Author Report Posted March 19, 2019 (edited) This will be one of, if not the most challenging piece I will do. Anyone have any suggestions on what type of wood? I would like to use 1/4" thick. (For some reason I can't upload Grampa's pattern, otherwise, I would've posted in in the General section. I just thought of it, but I'll take a picture of the pattern and try to post that along with my question in the General section. Edited March 19, 2019 by Gonzo Cuz I'm dumb Quote

JimErn Posted March 19, 2019 Report Posted March 19, 2019 Along with what granpa said, sharp blades, use a lot of them. I find it helps a lot when doing delicate cuts close together. I would also lower the speed AND the rate of feed Quote
