LarryEA Posted December 26, 2019 Report Posted December 26, 2019 I'd be happy with 60 degrees that the Lord has provided. We in south central New York had 43 degrees and that was nice. At least the sun was out which is an extra benefit So I'll have to look at your first post... later Jerry Quote

Scrappile Posted December 26, 2019 Report Posted December 26, 2019 We had a nice day in the 40's, I have pictures of when I was a little guy and we were all out in the yard in T-shirts and shorts. Quote
teachnlearn Posted December 26, 2019 Report Posted December 26, 2019 Boxing up the and cleaning the apartment to move out Dec 31. Keeping a close eye on Iowa and Missoui. Traveling from Sioux Falls SD on through to Overland Park KS. Got a 3 month apartment there to look in the Kansas City area for a house. Temps look like we won't be traveling with freezing roads. We keep a upright freezer and buy bulk meat from a club store. We unplugged it and had water streaming from the door. Some how in the last move the gasket misaligned and moisture froze in the door. Took a whole bunch of screws out of the gasket and took the interdoor out. Took pieces of ice out and have a fan drying it. Its going in storage and coming out when we move to a house. Loading up here maybe nice or sleet. Every week I checked the weather for loading on the 30th and it keeps changing. Warms up in Iowa and more you can put the summer furniture out and put gas in the lawn mower.RJF Quote

Heli_av8tor Posted December 28, 2019 Report Posted December 28, 2019 Yes, hasn’t this been wonderful? We’ve been a couple degrees warmer 60 miles east of you these last few days. Nonetheless, I’m heading for Arizona on the 2nd. Winter will come. Tom Quote
