Things are about the same , in and out of the hospital for all kiñds of àilments.

I am a bit late but i can say my hubby is like you in the way of go go go.  When he was in hospital recovering from a bad accident he was not happy.

Try as much as you can as your family, friends and us want you around.

Hi Kevin, I'm sorry to hear about Heart troubles, As you might know I haven't been on here this much this year...so I've just seen this post,

We know what we should do about our health...But it's putting it into to action that's difficult! We tend to put it off for another DAY!

I hurt Myself today bringing in the wheelie Bin, I put the wheelie bin near the car and turned to go back and lock the gate, In doing so I tripped over it's wheel and Me and the darn wheelie bin went for a spin down to the ground, I've gotten bruiesed ribs on My left side and sprained my right wrist and grazes down my left side,

I felt such an idiot!...I need to up My fitness, With the virus this year We have been staying in alot, I last filled my car up with petrol back in March! Anyway All the best Kevin,

Thanks Bob, Now i was just in the hospital 5 days for drowning in urine of all things! I realized something was wrong because i could not breath laying down.Ends up my urineary track was constricted from an enlarged prostrate.Boy were both in the same club.
