Someone besides me must be having night time leg cramps....

It starts with my big toe turning up and I actually have to push it down and hold it flat for a minute or so.

When this happens, my calf aches. Laugh if you want but all this is true.

Asked my Doctor about it once and he kinda just ignored my question.

Looked it up online and  get the "Old age, dehydration" thing...."Drink 6 glasses of water a day..."  If I drank that much,

I would be doing nothing but drinking and peeing all day. One site said take  magnesium...Seems like it is helping ...maybe

So, anyone else having this problem?

I am not in the medical field nor do I have the issue, but your post made me curious, I goggled "leg cramps at night"

If your Doc blows off your question, I would find another

from what I read on the net I would want to get a blood test for magnesium, potassium, B1, B5, and B6 deficiency

Bananas are a great source of potassium, magnesium, calcium

Good luck with this

wow, percocet?   that is oxy with acetaminophen usually.  MY wife takes that after spinal surgery.

Vitamin levels require a vitamin blood test, there are 13 panels they test (as I understand it) and a normal blood test is not the same thing.  Might consider asking  for it.

I beat the pain of osteoarthritis by drinking a gallon of distilled water 1 year.3 months into it I could feel the pain going away and not the crystal brand because it tastes like the plastic bottle it's in.Crystal brand was caught refilling the 5 gallon water bottles with city water in 1985 or 6. I get a total blood count test every other month.
