Just signed up here, hoping to learn and get a little motivation from other scrollers.  Got my first scroll saw for Christmas this past year from my wife, a genesis from home depot, and haven't really had a lot of time as of yet to use it, but did do 3 cutouts with it so far, wife likes them and everyone that's seen them seems to like them so I guess I did ok...lol.  I do enjoy using my saw but I can tell already that i'll be ready for a better saw here real soon, I have found that using the pinless adapters on it are not a lot of fun.  Hope i'm not breaking any rules by attaching these pics, not a real tech savy kind of guy but these are the first 3 things I cut, wife loves owls, I like eagles and the browning buck and doe was meant to be us together.

Hey sometimes multiple answers is a good thing...lol. Thanks for the kind words, I used a scroll saw, well it turned on and I shoved wood into the blade, when I was a kid, it was grandpa's and after breaking a few blades I gave up but wanted to try again and so far I really enjoy it. I may have been 8 at most then, now 41 so a little more patience.

Welcome to SSV. Like you, I am new to scrolling. There is a ton of knowledge here from a lot of guys and not one of them has a screen name of Fedido. Seriously, good work and it is relaxing to scroll. I have a 1990 13 inch craftsman saw that lasted for four months before I upgraded and I am glad I did. Again, welcome to SSV
