jerry1939 Posted March 5, 2020 Report Posted March 5, 2020 Running Windows 10 Edge on a desktop. Almost every time Windows does an Update, they seem to mess up something. The right panel on the Inkscape has Align & Distribute, but I lost the ability to set Stroke Width. Under Object, if I click Fill & Stroke, or press Shift + Ctrl + F, nothing happens. Line is Selected. Thoughts ???? jerry amazingkevin 1 Quote
don in brooklin on Posted March 5, 2020 Report Posted March 5, 2020 I am running the latest update on Windows 10 and Edge and have had that issue. Have you tried right clicking on the fill on the bottom left and then edit fill. amazingkevin 1 Quote

Fiddled with adding Fill. Removed Fill color of Fill to X Clear to the L. of the color choices. Now Fill shows "None". Nothing happens by L. or R. clicking Stroke. I'm too lazy to be in any hurry. jerry amazingkevin 1 Quote
don in brooklin on Posted March 5, 2020 Report Posted March 5, 2020 (edited) Hi Jerry I loaded a shape and get unset in left corner. Right clicked on the unset and got a box up that brought up edit fill at top. Click on that and I get the edit fill dialogue box. Edited March 5, 2020 by don in brooklin on Quote

That got me nowhere, however, now written vertically clear to the R. of the R. panel, it listed "Stroke Paint/Stroke Style". That got me where I wanted to be. Thanks Friend for being a True Warrior. new2woodwrk Posted March 5, 2020 Report Posted March 5, 2020 This is why I have a non win 10 machine! It's why I always keep an older windows machine on hand all the time. Glad you got it sorted out - win 10 strikes again Quote
