Isolation:
We live in the country and usually do our socializing by phone and computer. A visitor now and then but not often especially in the winter.
What I do on a daily basis has not changed much. A little bit of horse and barn chores. Ride my puppy up back of the
property. Paddington snarfs and I drink my coffee, watch for deer and wild turkeys. Head to the shop and do some scroll (wood) work.
Read a book, the Bible, do a crossword puzzle.
Check on the horse, get lunch and repeat the above.
There are the usual depending on the season, plow snow, mow the lawn. Finally, go to the house, eat and watch a little TV, Check on whats happening on SSV.

I do miss the sports especially the March Madness.
Even though not much has changed for me, the talk of isolation on the news has made me a little lonely.  Being retired, not a lot has changed for me.
So, go wash your hands and you guys, go get another slice of lime for your next Corona beer…

I almost posted this very same thing yesterday.. For me I work here at home.. only real difference is my kids are home doing online schooling... and they're pretty good kids so I'm not having to get on them to do the online work and to do their chores etc.. and the wife is here every day now because they have her working from home..

That all said... we go for walks every day.. and while we really haven't went into the city.. but on our walks once we get to the main road.. there seems to us like there is more traffic on the roads than there normally is... I kinda feel like people aren't taking this as serious as they should.. Then again they do have one bridge tore up and the road is blocked so maybe it's just added traffic because of the detour.. Just seems like a lot of traffic for being a stay at home order from our governor..

Anyhow... pretty much the same old normal day for me other than I have my wife and kids home every day.. and we all get along good and actually enjoy each other enough that's no issue there either. :)

We have one case reported in my county ( Barry ) but boy it's just way out of control over in the big city and surrounding areas of Detroit which is a good 2-3 our drive from where I'm at.. Have heard rumors it's bad over there because of the big airport... and also when they stopped flights from China etc.. I heard they'd fly into Canada and cross into the USA in Detroit by car etc..  Don't know how true any of that is.. just rumors I've heard..

Everyone stay safe, wash those hands and stay healthy..

Not much has changed for me, I live out in the boonies, surrounded by 500 acres of farm field. My job has been deemed "essential so I'm still working full time. The only real change is we don't go anywhere during the days I'm off, which translates to  more time in the shop for me.......
