  1. I also work on the patio and most days I have a slight breeze which keeps most of the dust away from me. But, I still use a blower to periodically clean the table and undercarriage. And then a leaf blower sends all the drop outs into the grass!
  2. Warm greetings from Central Indiana. No question is off limits here and no one hides any techniques.
  3. You might even have a T25 in some bit kit you already have.
  4. To quote the great craftsman and philosopher Red Green: "We're all pullin' for ya." Pay attention to the docs and when the time comes-- your therapist.
  5. I have used Delta, Hitchai, Dewalt and now running a 21" Pegas. I have cut with Olson, FD, Pegas, Bosch and even Vermont American blades in sizes from Superior Puzzle to #7. Pretty much 1, 3, and 5 Pegas MGT now and the puzzle for thin or super intricate work. Everyone develops an attachment to a combination of blades, speeds and feeds. The saw makes a difference in vibrations and table size. In my feeble little mind, the person running the saw is the biggest difference.
  6. I have drilled slightly undersized holes and then cut the nails shorter on an angle to make a new point.
  7. While not super complicated,it is NOT too simple for bragging rights. This might have inspired a new cutter to step outside their comfort zone. I know this is not something I would have envisioned.
  8. I miss driving my Pegas, but after a couple of household tasks get out of the way, I will be back making sawdust. (Maybe even a project or two)
  9. Beautiful work on a wonderful piece of stock. Almost looks metallic.
  10. I received my stick and will download it tonight. I know there are some all time favorites on there and some I may have missed--but will now want. Do I want everything-- of course not--but I now have the ability to have them close at hand.
  11. That sawdust is still perfectly aligned! Looking for great projects ahead.
  12. Years ago, as a nod to a cousins vacation to the far north end of the Outer Banks, I made them all a crab ornament. Little did I know almost all of them either had food poisoning or norovirus and look back on that week with dismay/disgust.
  13. I just ordered the stick and will probably see it Tuesday or Wednesday. Steve was using a fulfillment company to handle the sticks and I would assume his personal machines were for the downloads. He was great with computers, so it would not surprise me if he didn't have a small server on premises.
  14. Beautiful wood treated with respect. Quality workmanship.
