A man in Adelaide went to his local supermarket to return the toilet paper he didn't need, there were 152 packs  he also wanted to return about 100 bottle of hand sanitizer.  The store manage ripped into him telling him that he was selfish and there was no way he would buy back the toilet roll.  He returned the next day and said he would give the store a 30% discount.  He was thrown out.  True story.

Good for that store.. IF I was a store owner I would certainly not refund the total amount for a couple reasons.. first being.. how do you know where that merchandise has been or who it's been around.. There could be virus on the merchandise.. and before i could feel safe to restock it I'd need to disinfect it first..

I seen videos of people returning supplies that they hoarded surfacing.. They should get their pictures posed in the news paper so we all know who these idiots are, LOL

I told my wife 3-4 weeks ago... " we are going to see the true colors of who many people and business are "  Just a few days later.. news surfaced about Menards price gouging of toilet paper and cleaning supplies because of the high demand.. yet small mom and pop shops was donating sanitizers and toilet paper etc etc...

I read this morning that this guy to increase the price and sell probably on eBay but he only sold a couple of packs.  That what you get for trying to make a profit out of people who know better.

Well also eBay and Amazon was going after these price gougers as well.. many of them got their whole account shut down.. at least on Amazon.. they don't play games much on Amazon.. I sell there and boy do they have some strict rules and your account can be taken down for some actually minor things even.. Yes people still do it.. but once they get caught.. you can no longer sell there.. EVER... To be a seller you have to enter a lot of your info.. Bank, Credit card, SS# so it's quite hard to just create another account and sell under a different name etc.. Etsy and eBay do similar but they use your internet service provider address number.. so one could switch providers and sell again.. which happens a lot..

I saw on Amazon 32 rolls of TP for 199.00.  It said ONLY ONE LEFT. ahahaha

Don't know what happened to that. Also, I had bought a couple of N95 masks with replaceable filters back in December for scroll sawing purposes. After the mask runs, I checked back and they were 29.00 for that same brand pack of two. I looked a week later and one mask same brand and mask was 54.00. I paid 11.50 for two. Had no idea at the time this Corona virus was coming.

And I keep a ton of TP all the time and have for years, so I didn't have to panic buy.  :)
