Pattern request and story

This is a picture of my friend Paul and his son Evan.  Evan passed away 10 years ago from a rare form of childhood cancer he was 12.  This week my friend Paul passed away from stage 4 kidney cancer less than 6 month after being diagnosed.   Paul was 56.  I know that this is not the best picture but this is all I have.  I hope someone here can work their magic and make a pattern.  I can also email the picture is you message me.  Blessings

Cancer is insidious. My fiend's 10 year old daughter had cancer and it breaks my heart. I hope you can get a pattern. I know these portraits are precious to those who receive them.

Grampa just so you know Paul was born in Wolverhampton (UK) so you helped one of your fellow countryman.  Small world.
