A friend of mine asked if I could make a Pendulum board? I didn't even know what this was and had to look it up. We discussed in depth about what she would want on it. She gave me a few ideas like the animals she wanted on there. I drew a few things up, some she liked, some not so much. We just kept at it until she liked it. It will be 12 x 12 inches.

I think the main board will be a lighter color like Birch. The animals in the corners will be slightly raised and done in a darker wood as a contrast, maybe Mahogany or black walnut. Then I will attach green glass to the back to show through the tree and the moon phases. Not sure about the font for the words yet, probably a Celtic style. My CAD guy at work did the final drawing. I think it looks pretty good. Final revision.pdf

Seems pretty neat even though I don't understand. Very much would like to see the final cut. Sounds interesting.

I don't understand either! haha! Something with a crystal and you swing it above the board and it tells you something .... kinda like a Ouija board? I have no flipping idea...

Here is something similar.

From looking at the picture I would guess the chain with the gem hanging over the center of the board swings after activating it in some manner. It seems the one in the picture is Asian from the writing. I believe there was some discussion about a similar piece somewhere on this forum. Good luck.
