LOML is out of town, so I had a week of shop time. Corner Coon was completed today. Mahogany body, wenge, curly maple. The head is not glued to the body to accommodate wood expansion. T-slot on the back holds it to the wall.  A JGR pattern.  I dislike the edge "arrows" immensely. They make it impossible to nicely sand the outside edge.  And interfere with the connection of different pieces.  Also tried the DEFT acrylic semi-gloss finish; still too shiny for my taste and the first coat raises the grain.  But it does dry faster than PU. A fun project!
