Something for the Tai Chi teacher

While at the doctors office another day there was a chair tai Chi class and they asked me in. This was grueling for me to do but i did it!!!So i made this for the teacher.

Yes very slow/ It all catches up with me at the end of the day in mobility an soreness!!!

I painted the uniforms black an white and they looked so much better but lost the photo. Thanks friend!!!
