dog and cat pattern help

Hi to all,I am requesting help with these dog and cat patterns,running out of time.I seem to be missing something to get them right.hope somebody can help

These plaques are finished now.they are done from the patterns that Travis and  Paul did for me and the person that is getting them is very happy with them
