Got the book 20 Minute Puzzles and away I went on  spree. First puzzle gave me a serious lesson about checking that the blade is exactly perpendicular as I had a fair bit of sanding to correct it. After that it was a breeze and a lot of fun. Hopefully they will brighten up some kids life.  After all that’s what is all about right?

Yes I  made the trays.   I actually layered a piece of ply to the wood then cut out the pattern.  The bonus is the you end up with an extra puzzle as well.  A lot thinner and not stackable mind you.  Next time I might go overboard and make a lid as well out of acrylic.  Call it a deluxe edition 😀
