Wooden Locomotive Help

Hi all I have set myself a task to make a wooden locomotive and coach car in memory of my 87 year old uncle who died recently. However parts of it are beyond my skill level as I dont have a wooden lathe. Would anybody be so kind as to help me with it I will of course pay for the wood your time and any postage that is incured. I can email copies of the plans to you.
