After this I will post a bunch together when they are finished so don't need to waste space with each piece 

took me a bit over 3 hours total 

sapele and base is hard maple

best part about this piece is I used cut off a that were damaged and in waste bins had to trim off cracked section but had enough sapele went right to edge of board but fit

3 coats rattle can lacquer 

asked my wife to hold a paper towel so you can see the writing 

I'm not a good picture taker nor do I have a set up for pics

my daughter is a special ed teacher
