Birchbark Posted January 26, 2013 Report Posted January 26, 2013 We got 3 inches over night, but in northern ohio that isn't unusual. I hope you guys go out and play in the snow, and enjoy it. Russell Quote
ChelCass Posted January 26, 2013 Report Posted January 26, 2013 Hey Russ, We got 6-8 inches yesterday. Great fun trying to dig out the driveway. Not something a Senior Citizen should be doing but..........................Good ole Michigan weather. Quote
kcortese Posted January 27, 2013 Report Posted January 27, 2013 It is to cold to snow in NW Pennsylvania (Tidioute) where I live. The temperature is still in the single digits. Hauling hot water in buckets to my horses to give them a warm drink when we feed. Wish I could work in my shed. I have a lot of wood that needs sanded. My equipment is frozen and runs sluggish. I did however bring my scroll saw into the house. No wood though. Daylight is getting longer. YEAH!!! Keep warm everyone. Karen Quote

wombatie Posted January 29, 2013 Report Posted January 29, 2013 You know I migrated to Australia to get away from the snow and cold of England but every now and again I miss it, but I guess a couple of days would be enough for me to get over it again. Marg Quote
Ken O Posted January 30, 2013 Report Posted January 30, 2013 Had to shovel the driveway the last 3 days in a row. My next house will have a flat driveway as this one I just plant my feet and move my arms to shovel the snow. Then walk back to the top, plant my feet and slide back down again. Look like a windmill by the time I hit the bottom as I pick up speed.......Yep, lots of fun...haha ken Quote
Kepy Posted February 1, 2013 Report Posted February 1, 2013 Snow is one of those 4 letter words that rank right up there with work. We were 74 3 days ago, then got and inch of snow yesterday and this am, my thermometer was below zero. Quote
