Need help to make a pattern of nephew

Hi, could any of the many talented artists/designers at ScrollSaw Village help me by making a portrait pattern of my nephew. I am a real novice at pattern design and am not having much success on my own. Your help would be very much appreciated.

 

P.S. The background is unimportant, please disregard everything except the boy holding the frog.

 Hi to all,and a huge thanks to the pattern designers that took an impossible task off my hands and created a truly amazing scroll saw pattern for me. I cant thank you enough. Very impressive work. I could not be happier. Now this photo will be turned into a work of art to be admired in my family for many generations to come!
