WolfmoonCT Posted September 27, 2013 Report Posted September 27, 2013 So someone on another forum was working with me figuring out how to keep my wood from cupping after gluing up some pieces. For his help, I cut one of the Sheila Landry gone fishing plaques. He liked it so much, that his wife is designing up something that she wants cut for a couple xmas presents. Nice to have someone be so happy with my work. woodworker13403A, wombatie, bobscroll and 1 other 4 Quote

WolfmoonCT Posted September 27, 2013 Author Report Posted September 27, 2013 I just never seem to sell anything. Just happy I have another paying project. Quote
Clayton717 Posted September 28, 2013 Report Posted September 28, 2013 Congrats on the sale. Maybe it will lead to more. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. Quote
keefie Posted September 28, 2013 Report Posted September 28, 2013 A sale based on the quality of your work - what better recommendation could you ask for. Quote
bobscroll Posted September 28, 2013 Report Posted September 28, 2013 I'm pleased for you, Good luck, Bob Quote
WolfmoonCT Posted September 29, 2013 Author Report Posted September 29, 2013 The info I got today, was that it was for his nephews.. One per. Both play football. He sent me their player #'s and links to the school logo for one, and the minor league football team the other plays on. Waiting to hear back about what he's looking for, but I'm guessing something like the trout plaque.. Soon as I find out, I'll be here asking for help again. Quote
