keefie Posted January 13, 2014 Report Posted January 13, 2014 Good Monday morning to all. Coffee is on the go and the kettle is hot for tea. There is also a batch of scones just out of the oven and there's strawberry jam and clotted cream to go with them, all welcome. Keefie Rob Roy, Phantom Scroller and amazingkevin 3 Quote
Rob Roy Posted January 13, 2014 Report Posted January 13, 2014 Good morning to you Keefie, those scones sound tasty. Any chance you could post some up here?. Hope you had a good weekend and you're keeping well. Looking quite bright up here today and not too cold. Could be rain later I think, which is nothing unusual, that's why some of us have webbed feet !!!!!!. At least the white fluffy stuff didn't come to much, (YET). By the way Keefie, I'm giving the horse rustling a wee rest just now. I'm taking up Haggis Hunting, I can just about keep up with them, the horses are getting too fast for me, or more to the point, i'm getting too flaming slow. Have a good day everyone. keefie Posted January 13, 2014 Author Report Posted January 13, 2014 Rob, I'll have to see if I can get you a saddle made up so you can ride those Haggis round the Highlands - It'll save you running after them on foot !!! stay safe my friend Keefie. amazingkevin 1 Quote
Rob Roy Posted January 13, 2014 Report Posted January 13, 2014 (edited) It's safer to chase them on foot Keefie, because as you probably know, HAGGIS have two short legs on one side and two longer legs on the other side, so I would keep falling off the beast . Keep well. Rob Roy. Edited January 13, 2014 by Rob Roy amazingkevin 1 Quote
amazingkevin Posted January 13, 2014 Report Posted January 13, 2014 Think i'll stop off at keffie's cafe for a quick brunch and partake in a wee bit of scones i've never had.you can always tell somethings cookin from the smoke before you get there or is that from his saw, lolHow there's no harris on the bbq that would be the pitts.so you take the high road and i'll take the low road and we'll all meet at keffie in the mornin! keefie 1 Quote
wombatie Posted January 13, 2014 Report Posted January 13, 2014 Sorry but its nighty night from me, I'm off to bed soon. We had a hot one today of 35. Have grass fires that are out of control further up state and had a very minor earthquake not too far from us. Not bad for one day is it. Forcast of 43 for tomorrow. Stay warm the rest of you.
