sullyscroller Posted January 29, 2014 Report Posted January 29, 2014 Got the coffee on and water for tea. It's cold outside 2 F and not going to get over 20 F all day. I'm worried that someone ran over the groundhog and he ain't comin out when it's time. was going to put up a antenna so i could tell Charter to take a leap but will have to wait till the snows gone now and temps get over the freezing mark .Probably won't even fire up the shop as it's just to cold and would take hours to just get it above freezing. Ya'll have a blessed day sully jellis and Rob Roy 2 Quote
Ron Johnson Posted January 29, 2014 Report Posted January 29, 2014 Good morning Sully Thanks for the coffee. I'll take your 2F and give you our -27C with the wind chill. Regarding the ground hog, I think the little fellow is frozen in four feet of ice and not likely to see him until maybe July. Anyway, have a great day. Quote
Bendita Posted January 29, 2014 Report Posted January 29, 2014 Thanks for the coffee this morning You know I've discovered that the word retirement really means availability and cheap labour I find myself very busy helping out all my friends as they think I have nothing better to do ( I have a scroll saw you know) I hope some of them may read this, Anyway we all know I have better weather then most of you so we won't discuss it this morning. But it all comes at a cost. Have a wonderful day everybody. Rob Roy and amazingkevin 2 Quote
LarryEA Posted January 29, 2014 Report Posted January 29, 2014 OK, I'll take a cup. Gotta head to the barn, de-frost water hydrant and water horses... Later............. Larry Quote

Rob Roy Posted January 29, 2014 Report Posted January 29, 2014 Thanks for the coffee Sully. 42 F and sun here today. I may even have to take off one of my overcoats, I'm starting to perspire. Hope it gets a bit warmer for you soon. Enjoy your day. Rob Roy. Quote

thatknobtony Posted January 29, 2014 Report Posted January 29, 2014 Oh yes, getting tired of these -20C temps. Every time I step out of the warm house or car the cold goes right to my crotch and it's a challenge not to pee my pants. Thanks for the coffee offer but I had better drink my own. I'll be drinking lots when I get to the garage. Have a good day. Tony Quote
