Ron Johnson Posted February 21, 2014 Report Posted February 21, 2014 Good morning all. Coffee is brewing and water boiling so come pull up a chair and help yourselves. Discussion this morning is not the weather but what's happening in your scroll world. Myself I started on another portrait of a dog and two kittens. Next. Oh, you all have a beautiful day. amazingkevin 1 Quote
Bendita Posted February 21, 2014 Report Posted February 21, 2014 Morning Ron I'll have one of your coffee's my project today is a Cancer survivor plaque for my brother who just got his 4 years psa test result came back at 0 so I said I would make it in his honor. And we have a hockey game to watch so busy day. You have a great day also. Quote
LarryEA Posted February 21, 2014 Report Posted February 21, 2014 Thanks Ron, I sneeked a cup earlier. I have wood projects but not scroll for this week. If I finish what I have planned, I have to drill 1588 precise holes. So far, I'm only up to 180. I only do 30 or so then do little shop housework. Larry amazingkevin 1 Quote
Kepy Posted February 21, 2014 Report Posted February 21, 2014 Thx for the coffee Ron. Finished up a cutting order yesterday that was 100+ pieces cut from 1/8" BB. I've always cut 4 at a time but switched this time to 3 and it really went a lot faster. Am now laying out a thank you gift for a friend that has plowed my driveway this winter. Quote

I tryed to fix it myself but it's gone beyond simple mechanics and i'm just a simple mechanic LOL. Hate it but gotta get her fixed. Then off to the hosp. as we have a aunt that's getting some heart work done later today. sully Quote
Nick@tinkers-cove Posted February 21, 2014 Report Posted February 21, 2014 Chai with cardamon milk for me please Ron. Busy weekend coming up - just preparing to start work on my newest segmentation piece. I've never attempted anything of this particular style before, and it will take a LOT of freehand drawing prep on template image. Details to follow (if all goes well!) Regards, Nick. amazingkevin 1 Quote
