tony coleman Posted February 23, 2014 Report Posted February 23, 2014 does anyone know where i may find this pattern,i originaly mmade this piece about 30 years ago,but ive lost part of the pattern since,in my searches on line someone told me it came with a magazine called handicrafts for amateur woodworkers,,published in the early 1900s some of the english scrollers here may recognise the name,ive done a lot of searching on ebay,and found the magazine,just not the issiue i am looking for ,ive been told it came with issiue august 1919 vol15, any help deeply appreciated, amazingkevin 1 Quote

tomsteve Posted December 14, 2015 Report Posted December 14, 2015 do you have the one ya cut? theres been a few patterns ive used thinkin i wouldnt use them again, but ended up wanting to do them again. ive taken the cut piece to a local print shop, layed them on the scanner/printer and was able to get a starting point for the pattern. had to do a little work on them to get them cuttable-more like seeable- but it worked out pretty good. that is one heck of an ambitious,and beautiful,project. did you use straight blades? how many hours? He has all sorts of patterns from the 19th and early 20th century.
