I knew something was missing today,yes please and thank you for a coffee.That sounds real good right now as i need a kick in the bucket.It's been two months since my groin injury and i thought i' be brave and try exercise for it.All i did was raise my leg up while sitting in the chair to the bed 5 times.i now wish i hadn't done that as i need to hang 8 doors tomorrow.4 solid an 4 luver.3rd.degree strain heals in 6 weeks ,maybe if your young ,i'm still hurtin like a tooth ache in your whole leg.Other than that i feel fine :)

Dam ,Kevin ,your teeth have long roots ,Sorry could not resist ,your a tough old bird to do what all you do.I could not compete with you in many ways ,just don't have the air ,COPD is a bitch ,body just can't do what the mind wants to do anymore ,I have to plan everything any more to be able to do things ,and still end up hanging on to something ,trying to get my breath ,when I over do!!
