  1. They look very nice. But I have no idea how much they would sell for in your country, sorry. Marg

  4. I guess I am a wood hobbyist/crafter. I have no real wood working skills. I finally found something I was good at without getting a migraine and I love it. If I can do what I love and sell a few things along the way to keep me supplies with blades and wood then I am happy. Marg
  5. Wesley first let me congratulate you on a terrific start. The first one, the deer, apart from the ply your cutting seems OK. I bet once it was sanded it looked a lot better. The second one, the duck, no one could fault that, you did an excellent job. My only bits of advise are number one relax, if you find your shoulders up around your ears, go for a walk and then start again. Secondly, and this advise was given to me, is if you have a pattern that is slightly complicated, start with the hardest part first, that way if it breaks you have not wasted your time. Apart from that just practice, practice, practice. Marg
  6. OOHHHHHHH Luis I feel your pain. I would get a new fishing partner my friend. All of your work looks marvelous, well done. Marg
  7. Kevin your circular work is amazing, so accurate. When I cut a circle I do it soooooooooooooooooo slowly that a snail passes me. I take my hat off to you.  Marg
  8. No Danny No spirals, I hate them. Maybe if it had been any bigger I would have thought about using them but I have cut this size before with no problems. Marg
  9. No I didn't sand the holders Kevin, I forgot that part. I will check it out at the weekend. Thanks. Marg

  11. This is a Christmas gift for my Step Granddaughter, she is very arty and I know she will love this. The pattern is by Deavolos and the pattern is in the Library. It was cut from 3mm Marine Ply with 2/0 Reverse blades (Olson) and I enlarged the pattern to an A3 size, 42 x 29.7cm. Marg
  12. That bought the cutting even more to life, looks great. Oh what a talented fellow you are. Marg

  18. Hi does anyone own a Record Scroll Saw? Terry my husband wanted to get himself a cheap scroll saw so he got a Record. When we got it out of the box on Sunday I was having a look at it and we both found that the blade changing is very slow and tedious and it if hard to get the tension just right before the blade pulls out of the clamps. Does or did anyone else have this problem and if so how did you fix it. And YES I did use sand paper on the ends of the blades, I even used rubbing alcohol just to make sure there was on oil left on the blade. Any help that you can give will be appreciated. Marg
