No please no simpler patterns I like ones with lots of cuts. The only reason I count the cuts is because some of my customers ask, so when I drill I drill 10 holes at a time, makes it easy to count that way. Marg

You certainly nailed that Danny. I personally do not like staining but thats me. As for backing I think there is nothing more beautiful than a shiny black horse, so may be some shinny black paper, if you can find some. Marg

When cutting a project that is to be framed do you add a finish to it before you frame it? I never have and I have never thought about it until today, when I had a portrait ready for framing that was 3mm poplar ply and I wondered if I should or not. Interested to hear your views. Marg

Finally finished and framed. Thanks Mahendra I finally got to cut one of your patterns, thank you so much. It had 86 cut and I cut it out of 3mm Poplar ply. Marg
