  2. well thinking i had cracked it three clocks a d eagle head cutting all in the sitting room (been there for about 4 weeks) got told to take them out of the room as it was getting cluttered (maybe the final straw was another of Gayles baby cutting) you win some and lose some Women you never know were you are with them.--Brian

  14. she wanted one she has one were she puts it anyone knows , still got the insert to arrive , used blo don't think i like it it has only had one coat put on then wiped it strait off any more coats and it would be to dark. see what you think.--------------Brian

  17. thank you all . at times i can spent up to 8--12hrs in the shed when the mood takes me and the wife is out of the way ( like the smaller things when i get started i just was to keep going till finished)------Brian

  19. had no clocks on the go so had to try Gales pattern out see what you think-----------Brian
  20. don't know what iam doing wrong but here we go again . stared this clock this morning glued and sanded this afternoon very easy to cut and went together like a dream,see what you think still not a good pic think a new camera is due---------------Brian
  21. Marg it took about 8 weeks or there abouts a lot of that time was waiting for ply and wood from my son , it,s a hit and miss thing , has he got any left over from a job hes on -------(i have stopped going to the shops to get it prices way over the top for us olds) --------Brian
  22. Well got it finished at last it was bugging me seeing it unfinished , its done now so it can go back to sleep with the rest of my clocks (there is no finish on the clock only do that if someone wants it) see what you think-------------Brian ps dont take good pics
  23. I cut mine with spiral no2 blades (I never use plain blades cant control them they seem to have a life of there own) good luck with acrylic it gets messy but fun just wash it after cutting and all the ruff bits come off---------------Brian ps you only get one chance to glue it together
  24. Lovely work yes it is one not to be rushed. I did 2 in acrylic, please keep the kid's away from it as it will be a big attraction to them. how meany more are you going to attempt???--Brian
