Did it in 1/8 Baltic Birch, had to really go slow, that 1/8 inch is way thin. jim

Len, check with Don at Old Crow, he did the pattern work so I have no hold on them, he is free to sell then to you if he wants. I have no problem with anyone else enjoying cutting them. jim

Yes they are a bit fragile and I do glue then down to the backer since I don't always have a glass front for the frame. It's an extra step but it sure makes handling them a lot easier jim

Our older daughter asked if I could help out on a wedding item. She wanted a cake topper with the new name on it. Attached is the result, she created it in photoshop. jim penquin

Had 1 John Denver an a fellow bought it. Then he called and wanted to know if I could go a couple more from some photo's he had. He sent them to me and I asked Don at Old Crow for a hand and attached is the results of an order for 2 more JD. Thank Don. jim penquin
