i have a shop on there and its been there for over a year and ive manage to sell one thing.i have seen other people have great success though.

i live in maryland and srollsaw work is almost unheard of here.im lucky our lowes carries the scroll saw magazines.lol

hi everyone.im hoping someone can help me out.im looking for a book called dinosaur puzzles for the scroll saw.ive looked on amazon,rockler and barnes and noble and even fox chapels website.i am trying to do some dinosaur puzzles but cant find the book.if anyone has it and would like to sell it please let me know .thank you so much

i just got some puzzle books with patterns and i made some and the kids love playing with them so they went thru the new books and ahve plaved their orders for more puzzles so will most likely being doing that during day and designing at nite

hi welcome.i have found it best to cover the wood with tape and then glue the pattern to the tape.that way it stays still without getting glue on the wood and then when you peel the tape the pattern comes off to.if your going to tape pattern directly to the wood then you will need to use clear tape and cover the whole pattern.hope this helps.other members here have better ways of doing it but it all depends on what works for you .

Hey everyone.i decided that the best way to save my patterns and pics of projects i do is to save them on a blog.So i opened up a blog and everyone is welcome to go visit it and see what is new that i do.there is a couple patterns on there now but i havent transferred alot over there yet.but i will be adding new patterns daily.please go look and check back often.happy cutting everyone.The blog site is www.scrollingmemories.blogspot.com

hi normally dont post my cuttings on here but figured i show a few.not sure who patterns these are but if they belong to you i truly appreciate it and thanks. first one couple are paper towel holders ,2nd one is just a wooden crate i made to hold magazines.all comments are welcomed

i got a few things posted but they mostly just get views.i think the economy is still too weak.no one buying.i dont use finish on my toys just to keep from having to deal with all that testing bull.just have to make sure its sanded good and edges rounded lol.plus makes it easier.then you can put it out as a paintit yourself toy also.kids love that stuff lol

i use spirals for everything now.i could never master the turning with a flat blade and i was breaking to many trying.so once i got use to spirals and not having to worry bout turning,now im good at turns and quicker at cutting

i read court documents where jeff and woodenteddybear where sued by someone named hillbury and was ordered to pay 68,000 bucks for copyright infringement.this is why we all need to be real careful of what we draw

im glad ur ok too.ive been telling my kids for weeks now not to be outside for too long.we live in nc so its been 115to 120 heat indexs for the last 2 weeks or longer.well apparently i dont listen to my own advice cuz this morning i had to go to the er for heat related illnesses for staying out in the shop on the pc designing and cutting.i turned out to be lucky and just needed fluids and a few days off from work,so please everyone ,just dont preace it please practice it .stay safe everyone

i got over 200 scrollsaw magazines.for some reason i buy them and look thru them and say hey im going to make that and then i get busy either designing a pattern or cutting one from the fine designers here that i forget about the magazine .and before i know the wife is cleaning and puts them in a box and guess what.once in the box i really forget about them lol
