  5. I have made a pattern and when it was ready and printed I thought i would be hard to cut, so i decided to try by myself to check if my thoughts were right or not. I cut it in about 3 hours using 5/8" solid pine wood (reclaimed); I used FD Spiral # 3 and FD UR # 3 blades. I am attaching the pattern just in case somebody wants to cut it as well. Your comments are much appreciated. Answer for Roly: yes, your are right, the glue still fresh! Arabian Horse 4.pdf
  6. Russell, it has very intricated cuts but is beautiful, so I was full focus on this while cuttin it. Looks fine in the wall.

  9. I have cut this tonight from reclaimed wood, looks very well. Cut in 3/4" solid pine wood. thanks Russell for that great pattern.
  10. Few weeks ago I saw Matt's pattern and really caught my attention, I decided to cut it for me, it is clamped tonight but looks fine to me, just a slightly edited, Matt I hope you don't mind that change 😳😳😳ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

  20. Both of them are good projects, I fully agree with the rest of the comments. One trick I would add is that you need to be familiar with your pattern. I spend few minuted analyzing some patterns to determine the order of some intricate cuts and small weak bridges, it helps to avoid mistakes and broken parts. Also some times a keep the cut piece in the hole adding clear tape, this will support your structure while cutting the rest of the piece. Very good job, keep in the good work. PD. I do believe the duck is a Steve Good Pattern.
