  3. I always use blue painters tape, and you have to really watch when removing from small pieces, don't rush it I learned the hard way. ewdward

  6. Here is the finished Birthday pattern from Russell, done on 1/2" oak and reduced pattern to 50% dipped in Danish oil and finish with Shellac. Hope you like it Russell, and the picture is right side up, it was taken on my camera, so no complaints guys LOL. Thanks again Russell for a great pattern. edward

  16. I am aware of the technique on making sharp turns, I was just curious on which blades everyone uses, I don't use 3/4 wood to often I usually stick to the 1/4"and 1/2". edward
  17. I was just wondering which blades everyone uses for making sharp turns in 3/4" popular. I been using FD#1 and the blades dont last long I go through them like crazy. Tried #3 and 5, but cant make sharp turns. Just wondering edward

  19. I like Apple Barrel the most, but I have also used other brands. I find with AB gloss you can use it outdoors. Micheals did away with selling it. Walmart and AC More still carry it. edward

  21. I use FD PS # 2/0 and FD PS # 1 for a few years now, mostly for 1/8" BB and have also used them on 1/4" 1/2" Oak for small lettering in signs. Seems to work for me, haven't tried the others as of yet. Just my opinion. edward
  22. I had that happen to me a couple years ago. Just take the name out, or take it to an independent. edward
  23. Cut this Eagles Plaque out on 1/4" BB, and used an eagles ornament for the name, and added a green felt backer. Pattern from Bobby

  25. Just wondering when stack cutting ornaments about 4-5 at a time, does anyone have the problem with the bottom layer chipping out. just curious edward
