Last week I was at H D and bought a sheet of 12x24" oak that tthey use for the ends of cabinets, which I found in the unfinished cabnet section, have to watch because some of them are warped, but I got a good piece. I cut out some ornaments with a FD#1 blade and did a good job. I figured for $7 was worth a try, and have also used it for other projects. Just thought I would pass it on. edward

    I told him that it wasn't a toy, just put it on the shelf, or whater you want, as it is fragile, and thought about a name when it was too late. Thanks for the replys. edward

  12. I go to Micheals crafts, they have 1/8 1/4 3/8" BB, that I use all the time, as the store is only ten minutes away. edward

  20. Very nice Clayton, and nice pattern also, can't believe you cut it with a 3R, I find there to aggressive, thats why I use FD2/0, which has more tpi, guess everyone has there own way. edward

  23. I have this dust collector and trying to figure out to downsize from 4" down to 2", as most of my tools have the lesser, any suggestions. edward

I brought that same problem to Mike a while back, been having problems with FD 2/0 and FD #1 blades breaking off when I feed them through the hole on my fingertips about one inch from the top, and still hasve the same problem, not really sure if its the quality of the blades or not. While at the SSWC show this year I purchased olson #2/0 just to try them out, and I did and had no problem. And the one thing that ticks me off is when cutting the blades break also. Just my 2 cents. edward
