  1. Hi all, I did a craft market this last weekend so took a photo of my display. Unfortunately people were not spending their money, so only just covered my costs! I think it's the Rob Roy effect!! Richie
  2. I agree with Ike, great work, it's not the saw you use but the way you use it, and you're doing fine! Richie
  3. Hi all, after a 12 week lay off from scrolling due to an operation on my hand I am back. Here are a few pics of what I have been up to. Richie
  4. Great job Kevin, you old smoothie !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Richie
  5. GREAT work, love both of them Richie
  6. Never had any problems with lemon oil, I buff it hard between coats and it dries without any bleeding, and I don't normally put any other finish on top but I do sometime give it a coat of wax. Richie
  7. Hi Roly Great display, it takes time for people to get to know your there, and come Christmas they will be queuing up to buy! One tip that may help, try having steps on the table top so that your items are not all on the same level. All the best for the next one. Richie
  8. Stu I find a No1 or 2 blade works fine and keeps the pieces a close fit, but it depends on the wood thickness and hardness. Richie
  9. Roly they look great, thanks for sharing. Richie
  10. Hi Graham, welcome to the village, good to have you on board. Nice to hear that some people still use hand fretsaws. All the best Richie
